Dr. Bobby Niemann has practiced neurology in Texas since 1982. He went to medical school at the University of Texas Medical branch at Galveston and completed an internal medicine residency at Scott and White hospital at Temple, Texas. Dr. Niemann then went on to complete a neurology residency at UTMB at Galveston.
 
Dr. Niemann feels the traditional doctor-patient relationship continues to be important. He feels fortunate to practice neurology and believes the field continues to evolve while embracing new technologies and treatment. Still, at the core, he believes patient care to be primary. Dr. Niemann strives to be current, to communicate and listen, and to respect the trust of the patient.
 
Dr. Niemann has moved to St. George with his wife, Carol, and is impressed by the local hospitality and scenic landscape. His hobbies include photography and woodworking.
