Trevor joined Southwest Spine and Pain Centers from Intermountain Healthcare where he was the System Executive Director of Health Promotion and Wellness. In this role Trevor oversaw all wellness programs for Intermountain and Select Health covering 26 hospitals, 180 clinics, and 37,000 employees. Prior to this role, he was a Regional Director for Intermountain Healthcare with accountability for Consumer Research, Senior Services, and Health Promotion and Wellness for the Southwest Region. He also holds appointments as an Adjunct Professor for Rocky Mountain University and Dixie State University instructing Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Promotion, Population Health, and Evidence Based Practice. Trevor also holds an appointment as the treasurer for the Board of Directors for the Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine. Trevor has also served as the Board Chair of the St. George Area Chamber of Commerce.
He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree from Southern Utah University, where he was a Dean's List and Honors Graduate. He also holds a PhD from Rocky Mountain University. Furthermore, he is currently completing a post-doctoral program in healthcare administration and healthcare leadership. He has completed consulting work for Nike and Duke University and they have used study data from Trevor's research in their respective programs.
