Mindi LeMonds, FNP-BC is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Associates of Nursing at Salt Lake Community College and went on to get her Bachelor's of Nursing from the University of Texas Arlington. While receiving her education she worked full-time as an Ortho Trama Nurse at the University Hospital. After moving from Riverton, Utah to St. George to be close to family and escape the snow, she worked for Intermountain Health Care in the Emergency Department as a Trauma Nurse. During that time, she successfully completed a Master's in Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Phoenix.  

 

Mindi acknowledges the critical work that nurse, PA/NPs, and physicians do and the incredible impact they make in people's life. Mindi knows first-hand the importance of compassionate care, after having a stroke at the age of 26. After spending years in recovery, she made the decision to follow her passion for medicine. Mindi is committed to patient focus and providing dedicated care through her career with the Vista/Southwest Spine and Pain.
