Serving Cedar City for More Than a Decade — Now at 2311 N Main Street
Southwest Spine and Pain Center has been part of the Cedar City community since 2011, becoming only the second clinic to open in our organization. As a small town with very few specialty physician offices available, our medical staff recognized the need to bring advanced pain management to this community. By expanding our services to Cedar City, Southwest Spine and Pain Center is proud to provide additional options to those suffering from acute and chronic pain.
The clinic first opened in a small space within the Intermountain Health Cedar City Hospital and continued to grow as demand for pain treatment increased. In 2025, the clinic relocated to a new and modern pain management facility at 2311 N Main Street in Cedar City to better accommodate patient needs and support a wider range of minimally invasive procedures. “We’ve come a long way since those early days,” said Dayne Johnson, PA-C, who has been with the clinic since the beginning. “The new building is not just about more space. It represents a commitment to continuing high-quality, compassionate care in the community we have always served.”
Today, our Cedar City pain management clinic provides a full range of interventional treatments, including injections, radiofrequency ablation, spinal cord stimulation, and the Intracept® Procedure. Through our connection with Vista Healthcare, patients also have expanded access to rheumatology and neurology services, allowing for more comprehensive care and convenient coordination between specialties. Our team is dedicated to individualized treatment plans that support long-term pain relief and improved quality of life for patients throughout Iron County.
